In this context, the term LMICs refers to Low-income countries and Lower-middle-income countries as classified by the World Bank in its July 2025 update, determined based on the location of the parent institution of the affiliated organization.
・The registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks for 4 days, and drinks in the poster session.
・The fee for the excursions and social dinner is not included in the registration fee
・We do not offer a registration fee for accompanying persons. Anyone who wishes to attend presentations or participate in coffee breaks is required to pay the registration fee. However, this does not restrict accompanying persons from entering the venue for purposes such as caring for the participant’s children.
