Over the 19th Century, about 90% of the globe was colonized by Europeans. This led to destruction of indigenous cultures, institutions, and intellectual heritage. For over a century, many different groups, armed with different diagnoses and corresponding action plans, have been working for the revival of the Ummah. The future of any society is shaped by the education being provided to the young. Today, we have no viable alternative to Western education. But the underlying messages in Western education are in direct conflict with central teachings of Islam. In this first lecture, we will explain the underlying weaknesses in Western education, and how we can create an alternative Islamic educational process, which corrects them. Doing so an essential requirement for the revival of the Islamic Civilization.

This essay mentions Four Flaws in Enlightenment Epistemology. The first flaw is a misdiagnosis of the reasons for the European Wars of Religion. This misdiagnosis led to the creation of a secular society, where religion is confined to a personal belief, and the society is built upon secular foundations, on the basis of a secular theory of knowledge which rejects religion as a theory of knowledge. An essay, addressed to a secular audience, on why this was a mistaken diagnosis by Enlightenment intellectuals, is linked here: First Flaw of Enlightenment Epistemology
The original essay also mentions the looting of $45 Trillion from India by UK. The source for this is:
