Description: Promotional emails created by me for Zomato's Hygiene Ratings initiative. The initiative involved getting restaurant kitchens audited and assigned a Hygiene Rating on the Zomato platform. These ratings would subsequently be used to promote restaurants with good Hygiene. 

I served as product and operations manager on the project, responsible for everything from designing our processes to sales interfacing to coordinating audits to designing a lot of our online and offline material.

Description: Zomato Base was a PoS (point-of-sales) system designed for restaurants. I began as an operations manager on the project and eventually grew into the role of a product manager, helping design improvements to both the POS and Inventory systems. I wore a number of hats on the project, tasked with pitching and overseeing product improvements, sales interfacing, overseeing the operations team, and designing all of our user manuals.
