ISDC 2025-2027 Workplan

IAES and ISDC prepare a three-year workplan that is revisited yearly for fine tuning. The three-year workplan deliverables fall into the following four categories, aligned with the ISDC ToR:

ISDC in 2025

For 2025, ISDC will have five new members, including an appointment of a new chair. In addition, ISDC will execute an external review of CGIAR’s 2025-2030 Research Portfolio Inception Reports, which is currently slated July 2025. ISDC completed the portfolio review in 2024 (see module 6), yet System Council requested ISDC to review the gaps that would be developed during the inception phase. This review will be condensed to be fit for purpose.
