ISDC
ISDC is an eight-person independent science advisory council comprised of diverse experts that provides strategic advice to the System Council, which is the funders and country representatives of CGIAR. ISDC is led by a chair and vice chair.

Meet the Members
Current ISDC members include experts from six countries and four continents. This year, the Council will have up to five new members because of term limits. Although contribution changes based on workplan, members meet monthly virtually and meet twice yearly in person. The work of ISDC is valued throughout CGIAR but the Counsel reports to System Council.
