About me:

I'm an Assistant Professor in the Marketing Unit at Harvard Business School.

My research examines digital marketplaces, unstructured data, and artificial intelligence applications in marketing. Broadly, I study how digital platform design influences consumer behavior and how advances in AI enable firms to generate richer marketing insights from unstructured data.

I'm also affiliated with the Customer Intelligence Lab at the HBS AI Institute, where we conduct research to help organizations use customer data more effectively and responsibly.
