About Me
My full name is Isaac Rafael Ciobanasiu. I am a Sophomore at VPOC with my base school currently being West Hall High School. As someone born into a completely Romanian family, I can speak Romanian. I adore music and can play 5 different instruments. I love learning about things that pique my interest, which include new languages or different cultures around the world. My Honors courses include Honors Advanced Algebra, Honors Chemistry I, Honors U.S. History, and Honors English Language Composition, and I am excited to see what the next chapters in my life hold.
The reason for creating this ePortfolio is to provide a comprehensive and dynamic showcase of my academic growth and achievements. This digital platform will serve as a repository for my assignments, projects, and reflections. Moreover, the e-portfolio will offer me an opportunity to analyze my learning experiences, identify areas for improvement, and connect my coursework to my future goals.

My strengths include a strong social and work ethic, a flexible and adaptable mindset, and a reliability to succeed.
Some additional communication strengths include being able to communicate effectively, possessing teamwork skills, being an active listener, and providing strong leadership to any group.
Areas that I am actively working on improving are my management skills, such as avoiding overwork and stress from too many tasks, as well as working more efficiently under deadlines compared to open-ended tasks.
Along with this, I tend to overcomplicate things and tend to doubt my ability to succeed even though my work is strong. I constantly try to improve these weaknesses everyday to better myself and my society around me.
My Future Goals
My Future Goals
For my future, I plan to pursue a master's degree in computer engineering and acquire some education in Business and Finance. As a person who enjoys technology, working with computers is interesting, as there are many possible combinations with the code that you have. In this field, core Transferable Skills that are required to be successful are conflict resolution, team collaboration, leadership, cultural awareness, critical thinking, decision-making, research & information gathering, attention to detail, digital literacy, and accountability.
