Theme is out for 2025-2026, get started!
The National PTA Reflections Program is an arts recognition and achievement program for students. The Reflections Program provides opportunities for students to express themselves creatively and to receive positive recognition for original works of art inspired by a pre-selected theme, while increasing community awareness of the importance of the arts in education.
Students can submit entries in six categories (literature, visual arts, photography, music composition, film production and dance choreography) in the high school division or accessible arts division. Only one entry is allowed per category. The accessible arts division (called special artist division earlier) offers modified rules and guidelines to ensure that every student has the chance to be part of the National PTA Reflections® program. There are two ways for special Ed students to enter:
The theme for this year is "I Belong!".
The deadline to turn in the entry/entries is Oct 15th 2025.
Option 1. Enter in the Accessible Arts Division: Eligible students entering the Accessible Arts Division create their own artwork, but may receive non-artistic accommodation and assistance from an adult. Students are recognized and awarded prizes as part of the Accessible Arts Division.
Option 2. Enter in Grade-Level Divisions: Students with special needs may enter in the high school grade division. Students may not receive assistance other than that which is allowed for all children. Students are recognized and awarded prizes as part of the general student population without regard to special needs or challenges.
