6. Course Enrollment and Access 

• By enrolling in a course, you are granted access to course materials for the duration of the course period.

• Access to course content may expire at the end of the course, or as otherwise indicated by the instructor or myirti.net.

• All payments for course enrollment are subject to our payment and refund policy.

7. Payments and Refunds 

• Payment for courses must be made through the payment gateways provided on the platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the course-specific refund policy.

• In the event of course cancellation or rescheduling, we will notify students and offer either a refund or enrollment in a future course.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using our LMS, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

• We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee complete security. You acknowledge that your use of the LMS is at your own risk.

9. Termination 

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the LMS at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in inappropriate or unlawful activity.

• Upon termination, your right to access course materials will be revoked, and no refund will be provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Insight Review and Training Institute, myirti.net, and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the LMS.

• We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor do we guarantee any specific outcomes from using the platform.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions 

• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. Your continued use of the LMS constitutes acceptance of any changes. 

12. Governing Law 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the LMS will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
