In 1987 he graduated from the Tambov Higher Military School of Chemical Defense with the qualification of an engineer for the operation of weapons of chemical troops and protective equipment.

1987 to 2013 served in officer positions in the Armed Forces and the State Border Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

In the period from 2013 to the present, he conducts training of Belarusian specialists and students of foreign countries at the branch «Institute for Retraining and Professional Development» University of Civil Protection MES Belarus.

In June 2014, he took part in an international training course for emergency services instructors in responding to CBRN incidents in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

In November 2014, he completed training in the course «Organization and execution of works on prevention and elimination of emergency situations» at the Non-State Educational Establishment of additional professional education "Central Institute for Professional Development of the State Atomic Energy Corporation «Rosatom» of the Russian Federation.

In 2015 he graduated «Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim Tank» with a specialization of retraining in "Pedagogical activity of specialists". Awarded the qualification of a lecturer in accordance with the qualification in basic education.

In July 2015, he took part in the Chemical Safety 2015 command-staff exercise, held by the Civil Defense Directorate of the Emergency Situations Department of the Zhambyl Region of the Committee for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

In 2017, he completed an internship as the head of the chemical and radiation protection service of a fire rescue team.

In November 2017, he studied systems of theoretical and practical training at the Central School of the State Fire Service of the Republic of Poland in the city of Czestochowa and the training center of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic in Brno in the field of prevention and response to emergencies.

In 2018, he completed a training course under the program "Inspection and Control over Compliance with Regulatory Requirements in the Field of Physical Protection of Ionizing Radiation Sources".

He is a co-author of over 20 educational programs. As part of the authors' teams, he participated in the development of an educational standard for retraining at the level of higher education in a specialty «Prevention and elimination of emergencies». In co-authorship, an electronic educational and methodological complex was developed for the curriculum "Radiation and environmental safety" specialty 1-94 01 71 "Prevention and elimination of emergencies".

Repeatedly spoke at republican and international scientific and practical conferences; is the author of over 20 scientific publications.
