Q1: Do the paper submission and the Rising Star application use the same portal?

A1: Yes, both should be submitted via OpenReview.

Q2: What if I am unable to meet the submission deadline due to unforeseen circumstances?

A2: Please email us (Jiajun: ccheng58@asu.edu) to discuss the possibility of an extension.

Q3: Will the papers submitted to your workshop be published in the conference proceedings and made available on IEEE Xplore?

A3: No, workshop submissions will not be archived in the proceedings. Authors will be asked for permission to publish their abstracts publicly on the workshop website after the event.
