But, united we can opt out of dependence on a flawed system to build a large, off-grid homestead as a safe haven for free thinkers before things take a turn for the worse. It is the first planned Blue Zone city (Blue Zones are regions of the world where people live healthier and much longer than average).

NEW ADVANCED CITY. Being off-grid means different things to different people so for us, it means: a more sustainable lifestyle that is not dependent on any benefits or services from government. Modern conveniences? Yes. Primitive lifestyle? No. Think sidewalks and Segways, not dirt roads and tents.

WHO WE ARE. We're a mission-driven group of people who dare to re-imagine what is possible. No government, police or politicians are allowed. Why? Because we believe that we can do better than our present government, and we also believe that every woman and man have the right to choose how they want to live.
