If you can imagine a world where our children and our children’s children are raised in a place where their innate gifts are encouraged while living in a peaceful environment that we all seek, that's the goal and we can have it in the near future.

COMMUNITY NAME: Phoenix. The Phoenix is a mythical bird reborn from the ashes of its predecessor. It is a powerful symbol of transformation and renewal, typically depicted with sun and fire. Like the phoenix, we possess power beyond our belief and when we are faced with challenges, we will rise up together on the strongest substance on earth - LOVE.

LAND BASE: The first location will be on Maryland, then add new cities coast to coast.

SELF-GOVERNMENT: All people have the right to self-govern within our protected Liberty Zone, a new community without police, politicians, poverty, or war.

TREATY: Treaty law is superior to any state and is the supreme law of the land. We will operate under 2 Treaties: An Internal Treaty establishing a firm league of friendship and an External Treaty establishing a flag. Law of the flag is an international law recognized by every nation on the planet.

OPERATIONS: All the property of the community is owned by the Mission Possible Community Trust: the land, the buildings, the business, the cars and tractors, the kitchen ware, the garden tools, etc etc. The TRUST is controlled by the members via the consensus meetings but no member owns the TRUST or has a specific divisible financial interest in it. In short, no one owns the TRUST because everyone in the community owns the TRUST. Although most property of note is owned communally, members still own their own personal effects (clothes, toothbrush, or whatever else they feel like stashing in their home).

LEGAL STATUS: Unincorporated Business Organization (UBO), the same pure trust structure used by the Rockefeller family.

TAX-EXEMPT STATUS: Faith-Based Organization – an Ecclesia (community) with the purpose of living in a community based on love and voluntary cooperation. The organization's property is owned by each of the individuals in the community but, upon leaving, a member cannot withdraw any of the community's assets. The organization's earnings goes into the Mission Possible Community Trust that is used to support the organization, community operating expenses and supporting members and their families.

DURATION: The new city can be completed in 3 months due to robotic diggers and builders, etc. When completed, we'll nominate a team of Elders who will manage community issues. Power corrupts so no one can run for anything. It is by nomination only.

MANAGE IT

We will establish Teams to manage the city with three community Elders to supervise the teams. The teams and elders are nominated by the members of the community. No one can run for office.

Administration Team

provide clerical and administrative support, and manage the new members, distribute material including new member packages and training materials

Agriculture / Horticulture Team

this team will grow and manage our food and water supplies; managing water-friendly strategies including: Hydroponics, retaining rainwater, programmable drip irrigation systems, drought-resistant plants, empower local pollinators, green roof-top landscaping, etc. Natural strategies including: Crop rotation

Architect / Construction Team

This team will manage our city structures which include implementing burial pods, and full-spectrum lighting in our indoor spaces. Sunlight gives the body a cue to release more seratonin, the hormone that lifts our moods, gives us more energy and increases our concentration. Decreased exposure to sunlight is associated with a drop in seratonin levels. Full-spectrum lighting is advanced sun-like spectrum that covers the electromagnetic spectrum wavelengths that are useful to plant or animal life.

Banking Team

We will control our own narrative or risk being vilified by the mass media similar to what happened to the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas. We will launch counter-programming shows on Facebook Watch and YouTube to feature community services and other matters we care about (health, community, legal/law, world events, entertainment, etc.) The format will combine news shows and talk shows such as CNN, Good Morning and daytime/nighttime talk shows. Paralegal Team

This team is primarily responsible for the lawful administrative process and performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for the other teams.

Peacemaker Team

neighborhood watch and security utilizing evasive tactics including flash-grenades, non-lethal rounds, etc.

Lobbyist Team

Team of activists who will seek to persuade members of the government (like members of Congress) to enact legislation that would benefit our mission.

Agenda: Create Liberty Zones across the United States. Liberty Zones are communities and townships that are safe from unconstitutional lawlessness, greed and corruption.
