Mini Challenges
Iron Week (May 1st - 7th)
(complete a single IronMay, IronDuathlon, or IronTime during the first 1st week)
(this Mini Challenge CAN BE completed as a team!)
Iron Swim (May 8th - 14th)
(complete 2.4 miles of swimming - in the 2nd week)
Iron Bike (May 15th - 21st)
(complete 112 miles of cycling - indoor or outdoor - in the 3rd week)
Iron Walk/Run (May 22nd - 28th)
(complete 26.2 miles of walking/running in the 4th week)
Just TRI It! (anytime)
(complete a triathlon-style workout that includes swimming - if you can find a safe water area - cycling, and walking/running, anytime in May)
Just DU It! (anytime)
(complete a duathlon-style workout that includes cycling and walking/running, anytime in May)
Just MOVE It! (anytime)
(complete a triathlon-style workout that includes ANY THREE creative exercises, anytime in May)
Mahi Miles (anytime)
(this one is in honor of Mahi Gutina, our late, great IronMay friend, pioneer, and competitor. The goal here is to complete a workout or activity in honor of a dear friend or loved one. If you are able, please email a story and/or picture.)
Participants in any division (IronMay, IronDuathlon, and IronTime) can complete any Mini Challenge. With some exceptions, the Mini Challenges are intended to be completed individually. When you complete a Mini Challenge, please fill out the Mini Challenge log below. Participants who complete a Mini Challenge get their names placed in a drawing for bomb diggity stuff. You can complete as many different Mini Challenges as you like, however, your name can be entered into a prize drawing only once for each Mini Challenge.
