I love to facilitate workshops, and have given several workshops over the years. My workshops have mostly been theme workshops around personal-development, and/or healing. To name a few workshops done in the past:

• Reiki workshops

• Intuitive healing workshops

• Gestalt related workshops

• Awareness workshops 

• and Meditation workshops.

I still do these from time to time. During these workshops (often a weekend or an evening event)  you can taste the different fields I work in - be it Reiki, other forms of healing, Sound Journeys, workshops with Gestalt specific themes, Awareness or Meditation workshops. These are always made known to my clients, and you will know about upcoming workshops once you have joined my Indigo Light-Community. Only CURRENT workshops are detailed here below. Please note meditation classes/workshops are often in person and online. Other workshops are weekend events, and only in person.

MEDITATION CLASSES:

Through Relaxation & Meditation classes you'll discover how to come back to yourself through focusing your attention, learning to quieten the mind, and finding your still point amidst a busy life.

Through guided meditations, visualizations, and meditation journeys you will open up to your own creativity, discover your deeper senses, and you will learn to relax into life with ease. You will also discover how breathing is the key to ground us in our bodies, and how learning to work with it can enhance life in its essence.

If you are interested to join my meditation classes, NOTE:

• no previous experience is required, anyone is welcome, 

• and you can use meditation as a tool in your daily life, if you give it a try.

• These trainings always happen in a group that will meditate/practice together for a block consisting of one meeting a week, for six weeks. ​​

• I do offer a try out meditation for free - please contact me per email for more details. Contact details at bottom of this page.
