About Indigo Light

Irize Loots is a creative and intuitive individual with a lifelong passion for writing, photography, painting and drawing. Alongside her creative pursuits, she has maintained a therapy and healing practice since 1997, which has evolved over the years to reflect her growing experience, interests and understanding of personal wellbeing.

Originally established as the Dolphin Centre, the practice became Indigo Light following the pandemic. Today, its focus is on spiritual guidance, creative coaching, compassionate listening and complementary healing approaches, offering a supportive experience for personal growth, self-discovery and wellbeing.

A holistic and personal approach

Irize brings together many years of training and practical experience in Gestalt therapy, energy healing, Reiki, Aromatherapy and workshop facilitation. She is also qualified as a Mental Health First Aider, and Mindfulness coach, and has a background in Za-Zen meditation.

At Indigo Light, these different strands of experience have become an integrated, holistic approach that acknowledges the connection between mind, body and soul. Each session is shaped around the individual, with an emphasis on attentive listening, intuition and creating a safe, welcoming space in which to explore personal questions and possibilities.

Irize offers individual consultations, workshops and meditation training, welcoming both newcomers and returning clients.

Working across cultures and languages

Born in South Africa, Irize now lives and works in the Netherlands. Sessions are available in person or online, depending on the service offered. Irize works in English, Dutch and Afrikaans.
