Admin Commands

Using Administrator commands in IRF games is a huge responsibility and the abuse of these commands will result in severe consequences. This document outlines the different levels of admin access, specifies when certain commands may be used and provides punishments for misuse.

These regulations apply to all military, Government and EZIC personnel with administrator permissions whether obtained through ranks or other sources and must be followed strictly. They apply both to public servers and private servers when used for IRF events. Private servers not being used for such events are exempt. You cannot use your admin in a private server immediately before or after an event, where other members are still present.

IRF personnel with administrative permissions are strictly prohibited from using admin commands while off duty. This restriction applies to the Civilian, Immigrant, Admissions Gamepass, and Toter teams. The only exceptions are log related commands, such as :logs, :chatlogs, :killlogs, and :pm. Personnel with administrative permissions may use admin commands while on enforcement teams, including Government Officer, Military Officer, Federal Information and Security Agency, Military Police, and State Security.

The only exception is for Game Administration personnel, who may use admin commands on any team for moderation purposes, with certain restrictions for undercover authorization

Consequences and Actions of Abuse

In the event that admin abuse happens, it is crucial that you use the correct procedure when dealing with it. Depending on the severity, this may result in the removal of admin, rank-lock, admin blacklist, demotion, exile and further punishments may be given, all depending on how serious the situation is.

Gather proof (video/screenshots)
Request help from a higher rank right away to counteract those actions (if possible)
Report them to GA HC and they will refer the case to the appropriate authorities

1.1 Teleportation Command

:to - A command used to teleport to another player. This command is only to be used when administrative help is needed, teleport to a rule breaker or teleporting to your event’s members. (Not to be used during raids. Do not use it after you get killed)
:tp - This command is used to teleport a player to another player. To be used only to teleport events members to the host. (Not to be used during raids)
:bring - This command is used to teleport a player to you, and can be used during events. (Not to be used during raids. Do not bring higher ranked personnel than you)

1.2 Logs Command

:chatlogs - This command will show all the chats of the server the command is being executed into.
:exploitlogs - This command will show triggers about suspicious/cheating players even though in most cases the fairplay bot will ban automatically.
:joinlogs - This command will show new players joining the server.
:killlogs - This command will show the logs of frags made in the server, this will display the gun used, the player killed, the killer and their teams.
:logs - This command will show all the command logs of the server.

1.3 Enforcement Command

:esp - This command will show you all player’s name with their id across the map (Not to be used during raids. Use it only to track your event's attendees or rule breakers)
:kick - This command will kick the player from the game.
:sban - This command will ban the player from joining the server
:pban - This command will permanently ban the player from the game
:mute - This command will prevent the player from sending further messages in the server until he leaves
:vcmute - This command will prevent the player from using the voice chat untill he rejoins the server
:watch - This command will give the ability to view the playermodel (Not to be used during raids)

1.4 Communications Command

:m - This command will display a general message to everyone in the server (To be used for announcing events and KoS only)
:pm - This command will send a private message with a notification to a player (Not to be used with "all" unless it's necessary)

1.5 Misc Command

:clear - This command will clear all admin folders, aka clones (Do not use this command if you know other admins got clones deployed)
:refresh - This command will refresh the player’s avatar. (To be used to refresh a person)
:select - This will show the player list of the targetted team
:team - This command will force change the team of the player (Never to be used unless for enforcement purposes)
:serverlist - This command will list all available and running servers
:profile / :whois - This command will show some informations about the player, including creation date, groups, friends, admin power…etc
:tempmod - This command will give a temporary moderation level, the perms will be gone when the server is shutdown. (GA Supervision only)
:name - Change the name of a player. (To be used for events and GA undercover only)

1.6 Dress Code Command

:removehats - This will remove all the hats/accessories of the target player.
:removepackage - This will remove the package of the player and change it to the default package

1.7 Server Management Command (Do NOT use)

:softshutdown - This command will restart the server
:crosservervote - Will initiate a poll across all the servers
