This page is under construction and will eventually include more descriptions of both my teaching-related experiences and my teaching philosophies. Added January 25, 2024: This semester, I am teaching two courses at Penn: MATH 1300 (Introduction to Calculus) and MATH 3120 (Linear Algebra).
The breadth of courses I have taught so far include:
Both mathematical and philosophical logic to an audience of gifted middle/high school students at Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth.
Pre-calculus students at Louisiana State University (LSU).
Calculus students at various levels, at both LSU and University of Pennsylvania (Penn).
Students taking their first proof-based mathematics classes (on either Real Analysis or Linear Algebra) at Penn.
A "second course" in linear algebra for undergraduate students from various scientific backgrounds at Penn.
Graduate students preparing for their Analysis qualifying exams at LSU.
A mixture of mathematically mature undergraduate and graduate students taking a "topics seminar" in logic at Penn. I taught Nonstandard Analysis as part of this course.
