Beijing Zaomeng Shidai Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "Company") reminds you to carefully read and fully understand this Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement"), particularly clauses that limit the liability of iVideoRepair and restrict user rights.
By registering, logging in, or using iVideoRepair software and services, you ("User") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), you must read this Agreement and decide whether to accept it under the supervision of a legal guardian.
This Agreement governs the relationship between iVideoRepair and Users regarding the use of iVideoRepair software and services. "User" refers to any individual or organization that registers, logs in, uses, browses, or accesses services under this Agreement.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated terms will replace the previous version once published. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using our services. Continued use of iVideoRepair after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
1. Usage Rules
1.1 iVideoRepair provides a video repair service platform. You are responsible for all activities under your account, including any content or information you transmit through the platform. You bear all consequences arising from such activities, including but not limited to compensation, fines, legal proceedings costs, and damages to iVideoRepair.
1.2 Any content or information published by users on iVideoRepair does not reflect or represent the views, positions, or policies of iVideoRepair. We assume no responsibility for user-generated content.
1.3 You must ensure that your registration information is truthful, lawful, and valid. You may not impersonate others or use another person's identity to distribute information. iVideoRepair reserves the right to immediately terminate services and cancel accounts that violate this provision.
1.4 iVideoRepair does not guarantee the truthfulness, legality, harmlessness, or validity of any information uploaded by users. Users bear all legal responsibility for the information they distribute.
1.5 Due to business development needs or unforeseen circumstances, iVideoRepair may temporarily modify, suspend, limit, or terminate part or all of its services. We will endeavor to provide advance notice but cannot guarantee it. Users acknowledge and accept this risk.
1.6 iVideoRepair services may include advertisements. You agree that advertisements from iVideoRepair and third-party suppliers or partners may be displayed during your use of the services.
1.7 You shall not use iVideoRepair to create, upload, or distribute content that:
(a) Violates constitutional principles;
(b) Endangers national security, discloses state secrets, or undermines national unity;
(c) Damages national honor and interests;
(d) Incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
(e) Undermines national religious policies or promotes cults and superstition;
(f) Spreads rumors, disturbs social order, or undermines social stability;
(g) Contains obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, terroristic, or criminal content;
(h) Insults, defames, or infringes upon the lawful rights of others;
(i) Contains any other content prohibited by laws and regulations.
1.8 iVideoRepair may, based on reasonable judgment, take measures including stopping transmission, removing content, restricting or prohibiting users from accessing services, canceling user accounts, and reporting to relevant authorities for content that violates laws, this Agreement, or infringes upon the rights of others.
2. User Rights and Obligations
2.1 Account Ownership. iVideoRepair accounts are owned by iVideoRepair. Upon completing registration, you obtain the right to use the account. This right belongs solely to the initial registrant and may not be gifted, lent, rented, transferred, or sold. iVideoRepair reserves the right to freeze or reclaim accounts not used by the original registrant.
2.2 Account Management. You may modify or delete personal information, registration data, and content on your iVideoRepair account. iVideoRepair is not responsible for content loss resulting from your own operations.
2.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and password. You bear legal responsibility for all activities under your account. Any legal liability arising from account credentials being lent, leaked, or stolen is borne by the registered user.
2.4 Compliance. You shall comply with all terms of this Agreement and use the services appropriately. If you violate this Agreement or other platform rules, iVideoRepair may terminate or suspend all or part of the services to your account.
2.5 Accurate Information. You guarantee that the information provided during registration is truthful and complete. All legal liability arising from illegal, untrue, or inaccurate information is borne by the user.
2.6 VIP Services. You may purchase VIP value-added services while using iVideoRepair. Except as required by law, VIP purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any currency.
2.7 Account Inactivity. If your account remains inactive for 3 consecutive months, iVideoRepair reserves the right to cancel the account to conserve resources. Any resulting losses are borne by the user.
2.8 Content License. You agree to grant iVideoRepair a free license to use information and content published through the platform or generated during your use of iVideoRepair services, including but not limited to adaptation, compilation, reproduction, distribution, and network dissemination. If you do not agree, you should notify iVideoRepair in writing in advance.
2.9 Reporting. If you discover content involving politics, weapons, drugs, violence, gambling, or pornography while using iVideoRepair, you may report it to our team. We will assign personnel to handle the matter promptly.
2.10 Anti-Money Laundering. You shall not use iVideoRepair for any form of money laundering. iVideoRepair will closely monitor such activities and reserves the right to investigate abnormal transactions and cooperate with regulatory authorities.
3. Video Data and Privacy
3.1 iVideoRepair does not transfer any part of your corrupted, reference, or repaired video files to external servers. Video repair processing is performed entirely on your device.
3.2 Only non-personal statistics such as file size and format may be collected for service improvement purposes.
3.3 Repaired videos remain stored locally on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property rights in iVideoRepair software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and all related content, are owned by Beijing Zaomeng Shidai Technology Co., Ltd.
4.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on iVideoRepair software without prior written consent from the Company.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 iVideoRepair provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet all your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
5.2 Video repair results depend on the extent of file corruption and the compatibility of the reference video. iVideoRepair does not guarantee successful repair of all corrupted video files.
5.3 iVideoRepair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of Beijing Zaomeng Shidai Technology Co., Ltd.
