Beijing Zaomeng Shidai Technology Co., Ltd. (including its affiliates, hereinafter referred to as "Zaomeng Shidai" or "we") is the actual developer and operator of the iVideoRepair app (hereinafter referred to as "this site" or "iVideoRepair"). "iVideoRepair" is a video repair app. These Terms of Service constitute a contract between us and the users of this site (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") regarding the above services provided by the iVideoRepair app. Please read these Terms of Service carefully.
By visiting this site and downloading the iVideoRepair app to become a user of this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which constitute a legally binding document for both parties.

All ownership and operational rights of the electronic services of this site belong to Zaomeng Shidai. (and its affiliates) and its operated iVideoRepair APP, collectively referred to as "iVideoRepair".
Minors should read this Agreement accompanied and guided by their guardians and obtain guardian consent before using the services under this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement.
Zaomeng Shidai reserves the right to refuse service, close user accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
The software copyright of this site and the copyright of all information and content published on the App are protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China (including related laws and regulations) as well as international copyright laws, and are available for users' free use solely for personal learning, research, and similar purposes. Unauthorized copying, distribution, rental, exhibition, performance, screening, broadcasting, modification, adaptation, translation, compilation, or reverse engineering of this site's content is strictly prohibited. Beijing Zaomeng Shidai Technology Co., Ltd. reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Service.
Zaomeng Shidai provides users with internet information and other services through the internet in accordance with the law. Users acknowledge and agree that, in order to record users' actual usage data and provide corresponding services under related functions, Zaomeng Shidai collects your personal information on a voluntary basis and integrates such information, including but not limited to GPS location data, mobile phone software and hardware information, mobile phone identification codes, etc. We undertake not to disclose user personal information that you have designated as confidential in accordance with our prescribed methods through illegal means.
Respecting users' personal privacy is a fundamental policy of this site. Therefore, this site will not publicly disclose or reveal to any third party any information provided by users in the course of enjoying this site's services, except in the following circumstances:
- Prior explicit authorization or permission from the user;
- Compliance with relevant legal provisions, including providing content published by users on this site and the publication time, internet address, or domain name when inquired by relevant national authorities;

Your records of using this site may be retained as evidence against you. This site may also report your records of violating laws or infringing upon the rights or interests of third parties to administrative authorities or judicial organs.
4. Auto-Renewal Service Types / Billing Cycles
Auto-Renewal Service Types / Billing Cycles:
The current type of auto-renewal service for iVideoRepair paid membership service is continuous monthly membership, with the corresponding billing cycle being monthly.
The company may add or adjust auto-renewal service types and auto-renewal service benefit content at any time based on business development and changes in user needs. Please refer to the page display content and detailed instructions at the time of purchasing this service.
Auto-Renewal Service Description:
This auto-renewal service is launched based on your demand for auto-renewal. On the premise that you have activated this service, to prevent losses caused by your failure to renew in time due to negligence or other reasons, you authorize the company to deduct the next billing cycle fee from the payment account bound to your user account under this service when your current paid benefit period is about to expire. The premise for this service is that you have bound your iVideoRepair account under this service to the above-mentioned account and that deductions can be successfully made from said account.
Auto-renewal specifically means that, based on the above premises, the company collects the next billing cycle fee through the above-mentioned account. You must ensure that the company can successfully deduct from the above-mentioned account. You shall bear responsibility for renewal failure caused by insufficient deductible balance in the above-mentioned account, and the company has the right to interrupt/terminate the corresponding paid benefits and services.
For those who have activated the auto-renewal service, the system will automatically deduct from your account 24 hours before the end of each billing cycle and correspondingly extend your service validity period. If normal deduction cannot be made 24 hours before the end of the previous billing cycle due to force majeure (such as network paralysis), the deduction date shall be postponed until the deduction is successful.
If errors occur during the deduction process, the company and you shall cooperate closely to identify the cause, and each party shall bear losses caused by its own fault; for losses caused by unequal faults of both parties, each party shall bear corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; for shared liability, both parties shall share the responsibility equally.
Unsubscription from Auto-Renewal Service:
You have the right to decide whether to cancel the auto-renewal service. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal service, you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of each service cycle; otherwise, you are deemed to have agreed to continue authorizing auto-renewal.
After purchasing the auto-renewal service, you may manage the auto-renewal service on the purchase page, or cancel this service through the following method: a. iOS users: Open your iPhone, tap Settings - Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases - Subscriptions - Select [iVideoRepair Paid Membership Service] to cancel the subscription.
The instruction you have entrusted to the company for auto-renewal deduction before choosing to terminate this service shall remain valid, and the company shall not refund fees deducted based on that instruction.
If a user needs to apply for a refund, they should submit the application through the Apple App Store's refund channel. Apple will process the user's refund request according to its refund policy, and the developer will execute the refund operation according to Apple's final decision.
If a user successfully applies for a refund through the Apple App Store, the developer will terminate the user's membership service upon receiving Apple's refund notification, and the user shall have no right to continue enjoying membership benefits.
Users should fully understand the auto-renewal rules and service content of this service. The developer shall not bear any responsibility for refund applications caused by users' insufficient understanding of the service content.
If the developer violates the provisions of this Agreement and causes damage to the user's rights and interests, the user may apply for a refund through the developer's customer service channel, and the developer will process the refund request based on the actual circumstances.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property Terms
Once a user accepts these Terms of Service, it indicates that the user actively transfers all transferable rights, including property rights, of any form of information content published on this site (including but not limited to user comments, user inquiries, various topic articles, sounds, and images), such as copyright property rights (including but not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, rental rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, screening rights, broadcasting rights, information network dissemination rights, filming rights, adaptation rights, translation rights, compilation rights, and other transferable rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner), exclusively and irrevocably to Zaomeng Shidai in their entirety. The user agrees that Zaomeng Shidai has the right to independently initiate litigation against any infringing party.
These Terms of Service constitute a written agreement for the transfer of copyright property rights and other rights as provided in Article 25 of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and related legal provisions. Its effect extends to any content published by users on this site that is protected by copyright law, regardless of whether such content was created before or after the conclusion of these Terms of Service.
The user agrees and fully understands the meaning of this clause, and undertakes not to publish or authorize any other party to use (including but not limited to use on various websites and media) any information that has been published on this site, in any form.
Zaomeng Shidai (including its affiliates) is the owner and operator of this site, possessing copyrights and other lawful rights to the content, resources, and software of this site, which are protected by national law. It has the right to modify or update these Terms of Service, versions, and content of this site from time to time, and to post or directly update them within the App without separate notice to users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaomeng Shidai (including its affiliates) reserves the right of interpretation of these terms and this site's content.
Unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions, without the express special written permission of Zaomeng Shidai (including its affiliates), no entity or individual may illegally copy, reprint, quote, link, scrape, or otherwise use this site and the information content herein, in whole or in part, in any way. Otherwise, Zaomeng Shidai reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
The data and information published on this site and within this site's app (such as text, charts, logos, button icons, images, sound file clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software) and all versions, technologies, programs, materials, and all information content of this site and this site's app itself (including but not limited to design patterns, product features, user interfaces, operation steps, trademarks, patents, computer software works, and other designs, products, and service names) are the property of Zaomeng Shidai or its content providers, protected by the copyright laws and related laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and international copyright law; the compilation of the above content is the exclusive property of Zaomeng Shidai, protected by the copyright laws and related laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and international copyright law; all software on this site is the property of Zaomeng Shidai (including its affiliates), protected by the copyright laws and related laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and international copyright law.
Text, images, audio, video, materials (referring to materials provided by Zaomeng Shidai that are already built into or will be built into this site in the future, including but not limited to audio, fonts, text, descriptions, animations, and other materials and information related to video repair assistance) and other content transmitted through this site are protected by copyright law, trademark law, patent law, or other laws; without the written authorization of Beijing Zaomeng Shidai Technology Co., Ltd., you may not modify, rent, sell, or derive other works by yourself or license third parties to do so. Zaomeng Shidai enjoys intellectual property rights in its proprietary content, original content, and other exclusive content obtained through authorization. Without the written permission of Zaomeng Shidai, no entity or individual may privately reproduce, disseminate, or provide related services or engage in other acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Zaomeng Shidai. Otherwise, they shall bear legal liability.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all information, content, materials, products (including software), and services contained in or otherwise made available to you through this site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied (except as otherwise provided by the laws of the People's Republic of China), regarding the operation of this site and the information, content, materials, products (including software), or services contained herein.
