After earning my Master’s degree in Instructional Design, I aim to leverage my expertise in instructional design, media, and content creation to develop impactful learning experiences in a corporate setting. I am dedicated to designing engaging, research-based learning experiences that drive knowledge retention and skill development. 

As a Learning Experience Designer and Instructional Multi-Media Content Developer, where I can apply my expertise in learning theories, instructional strategies, and multimedia development to create dynamic and effective training solutions. I am passionate about designing interactive, technology-driven learning experiences that meet digital accessibility requirements and seek to ensure that all learners have equitable access to education regardless of ability.

With over two years of experience in instructional design and over four years in media and content creation, I developed a strong foundation in eLearning development, instructional design models, and learner engagement strategies. 

My portfolio showcases proficiency in leveraging a wide range of multimedia tools and eLearning development software, including Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Articulate RISE, Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Microsoft Office 365, Canva, and Google Workspace. With a strong focus on multimedia content creation in producing high-quality graphics, animations, screencasts, and videos that elevate the learning experience. As a firm advocate for accessibility, I ensures that all learning content is inclusive and meets the needs of all learners, regardless of ability or background.

I thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments, working closely with SMEs, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to design innovative learning solutions that align with business and educational goals. My expertise in applying instructional design models such as ADDIE, ARCS, Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction, and Bloom’s Taxonomy enables me to craft dynamic, learner-centered experiences tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse audiences.
