A fun night to be had by all willing to attend. Come to our first Iredell meet-and-greet at Monrovia Church of Christ - Nance Rd on Friday, November 13, 2020 at 6:00 pm. Bring your best-tasting dish of food (don’t forget serving utensils), and come prepared to play games and win prizes. Fire pit(s) will be lit for roasting marshmallows and cooking hot-dogs. Volunteers are needed to serve food, monitor fire pits, etc.

COVID-19 safety measures will be in place. Even though we will be meeting outdoors, please wear a mask anyway. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you. Keep a six-foot distance between your family and others. Food will be served to you (no buffet line will be in place).

Iredell's First Neighborhood Yard Sale...
Despite having to reschedule to avoid tropical storms, Iredell's first yard sale can be considered a smashing success! Thank you to all the homeowners who took the time and made the effort to set up and sell their goods.
Despite having to reschedule to avoid tropical storms, Iredell's first yard sale can be considered a smashing success! Thank you to all the homeowners who took the time and made the effort to set up and sell their goods.
Hard-core yard sale veterans came out early, braving the winter-like temperatures to get the best items. As the weather warmed up, many more people arrived. Some of the last customers came through the neighborhood around 5:00 pm.

Thank you to Albert G. for helping construct advertising signs for the neighborhood entrance, and Darrel K. who came with duct tape to rescue signs that had blown away :). - Street parking is for temporary use (not to exceed 24 hours).
- Keep lawns mowed and edged regularly, and keep weeds under control.
- Remove trash cans after weekly pick-up.
- Submit plans for sheds and outbuildings to the Architectural Review Committee.

The Iredell Homeowners Association is a group of homeowners in the Iredell neighborhood. Iredell is located off of Nance Rd. in Madison, AL, across from Church of the Highlands. Neighborhood streets include: Iredell Main Northwest, South Catawba Circle Northwest, North Catawba Circle Northwest, Buncome Place, and Yadkin Street Northwest. The neighborhood is approximately eight years old and is currently managed by Elite Housing Management, LLC.
