Manages social media posts, website postings, photography, journalistic activity (i.e., newsletters), etc.

Advises the Board of Directors regarding violations of the Declaration, By-Laws, rules and regulations, use restrictions, and design guidelines. The Committee shall also advise the Board regarding sanctions to be imposed for such violations.

Creates social, children’s, holiday, movies, and other activities for the Community; to create community connections with local churches, businesses, and civic groups.

Recognizes positive activity, good/creative appearances of properties, good deeds done, and create awards for such.

Recommends safety improvements to the Board (i.e., noticing buckled sidewalks, hire creating a neighborhood watch).
