[Backstory:] (TW)
Rem, original name Cynth, 's mom was abusive and his dad wasn't present all that much in his life, being a workaholic. Therefore, Rem relied on his brother mostly throughout his life. When his house burnt down, Rem didn't die. He was brought back by the will of a god named Shattermaster, but not for a good reason. From the moment Shattermaster brought him back he raped, sexually assaulted, and mentally abused him for 3 earth years until Rem's cool adoptive mothers came and took Rem away, killing Shattermaster in the process.
But of course, gods can't die.
For the rest of his life with his mothers, Rem was elected as a timekeeper and learned the ways. He kept time with a little helper called "Mizuki" and he traveled from realm to realm (While he was timekeeping, he had to switch forms to a male for a mission and was like "oh hey I really like this"). Finally, one fine day, he entered the palace of Thornhollow and that's where everything began.

I don't exactly have one since I haven't fleshed out their story, but basically Oscar's mom is a very bad person and they're trying to stop her.
