Doctorate Student Positions Opening in iRadar Lab (Foreign Students)

Graduate student positions open at iRadar Lab (integrated Radar and systems laboratory) in Kwangwoon university. The main research topic is to develop RF and mm-wave integrated circuits, RF module and system for Radar and 5G communication systems. We are looking for a motivated individual with interest in a radar and mm-wave IC and system design. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in related studies, e.g. Electrical Engineering, etc. The candidates should be able to carry out research tasks independently and can effectively collaborate with other research staff in the laboratory.

· Position: Integrated Master and Ph. D or Ph. D students

■ Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master/Ph.D degree in science, engineering or business administration
  • Course works : Electromagnetics, Semiconductor device physics, Microelectronic circuits, Microwave Engineering (Antenna, RF) or equivalents
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Practical experiences in related fields
