This Privacy Policy explains how Video Compressor (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the application.
Video Compressor processes users' videos directly on their devices. The App provides tools for compressing, resizing, trimming, cropping, and converting videos.
The App also uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting.
Video Compressor allows you to select videos from your device and process them using features such as:
Video compression
Compression to a target file size
Batch compression
Video resizing
Video trimming and cropping
Video conversion
Your selected videos are processed locally on your device.
We do not upload your videos to our servers.
The App may temporarily create copies, thumbnails, intermediate files, or processed output files in app-controlled local storage as necessary to perform these functions.
When you choose to save an output video, the App may save the processed file to your device's media storage.
When you choose to share a processed video, Android's system sharing functionality is used so you can select where to send it.
We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, phone number, or other account information to use the App.
However, the App integrates third-party services, including:
Google Firebase Analytics
Google Firebase Crashlytics

Depending on your Android version, processed videos may be saved using Android's system media-storage mechanisms.
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise device location for its video-processing functionality.
