I review learner portfolios, assessments and course documentation to ensure they meet the standards of the awarding organisation and centre requirements. Sampling is planned using a risk-based approach, taking into account trainer experience, course type, assessment methods and learner numbers.
✔️ Trainer & Assessor Observations
Friendly, professional observations for trainers delivering first aid courses. Available in person or remotely where appropriate.
All observations will include an observational report which will include;
