Welcome to IPTVGo: IPTV Smart Player. By downloading, installing, or using this mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please uninstall and do not use the App.
TUOXIAN (HONG KONG) TRADING CO., LIMITED grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.
NO CONTENT PROVIDED: The App does not contain, host, supply, or embed any media, channels, playlists, or content of any kind. It is purely a software application (a media player engine).
USER RESPONSIBILITY: You are solely responsible for sourcing, providing, and legality of all content, including M3U playlists, URLs, and Xtream credentials, that you input into the App.
NO INFRINGEMENT ENDORSEMENT: We do not condone, facilitate, or support the streaming of copyright-protected material without explicit permission from the respective rightful copyright owners. You assume full legal liability for any copyright infringement resulting from your custom playlist inputs.
You agree that you will not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use the App to distribute malicious links, malware, or violate any applicable local or international laws.
Exploit the App's media engine for unauthorized commercial distribution.
The App, including its UI design, logos, brand name, code structures, and features, are and will remain the exclusive property of TUOXIAN (HONG KONG) TRADING CO., LIMITED.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any express or implied warranties. In no event shall TUOXIAN (HONG KONG) TRADING CO., LIMITED be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, data loss, network carrier fees, or legal penalties incurred due to streaming illegal third-party content).
We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the App if you violate any terms stated in this agreement.
