Graduate Assistant

I assist with analyzing and synthesizing institutional data and unit-level assessment, preparation, implementation and evaluation. I collaborate with functional areas to streamline assessment results into the ODI annual report throughout the course of the year . I review and analyze data, reports and other documents related to the University’s diversity planning, goals, and inventories while researching diversity and inclusion models and promising practices in support of the mission, values, and vision of the ODI. My additional responsibility includes assisting with the ongoing development of an interactive reporting system and website maintenance for the ODI.

I worked with the CESRC to support the 7 action teams. I worked with interdisciplinary academic backgrounds of faculty, staff and students from UNL to chalk out effective strategic plans in field areas- Campus Facilities, Campus Operations, Community Engagement, Health and Wellness, Teaching and Learning, Research and Innovation, Land Resource and Ecosystem. My goal was to provide a basic workflow framework and direction in assisting their responsibilities.
