Victor Olumakin is an author and a passionate preacher of the Word. He has a special anointing in the apostolic and prophetic offices with insight and revelation of the Word of God that ushers God’s mighty presence and power through prayers.

He travels around the globe speaking at conferences and imparting local churches.  He is the founder of Prayer and Liberation Ministry (iPALM) based in Kent, United Kingdom. iPALM was born out of God’s mandate to liberate people from ignorance and bondage in order for them to experience God’s plans and purpose for their lives.

He is an Electrical Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the marketplace. Apostle Victor resides in the UK with his wife Ibitayo Olumakin and they have two lovely children.
