I've always loved distorting images, and one way I've loved to do it is to photograph subjects through distorting glass. Now with software like iColorama, we can do the same thing and more in software. Here I've distorted a face through another face, as if the second face was made of clear glass.
I started with this photo from Pixabay, a source of copyright-free images. I like the roundness of her face and her old-fashioned-looking features.
I used the Dreamscope app, which is an intelligent filter that transforms an image into a wide variety of styles.
This image is the result of using Style/Tensor 5 on the above Dreamscope image.
This is the secondary image I used in Style/Tensor preset 5, above. It is one I created on the way to this one.
