How do I RSVP?

• RSVP is by invitation only and closes on September 26, 2022. Please check your inbox for the link.

What hotel do I stay at?

Where is the conference located?

• The conference is hosted at Northwestern University in Evanston in the James Allen Center at 2169 North Campus Dr, Evanston, IL 60208. The rooms include the following:

  • • 164 McCormick Auditorium

    • 140 Brownfield Classroom

    • 223 Rand McNally Classroom

    • Directions to campus here

What is the schedule for the conference?

• The schedule will be provided in the coming weeks. Sessions will take place from 8:30am-5pm on each day. Titles of presentations, abstracts, and presenter names are subject to change leading up to the event.

Will the conference have any remote presentations?

• No, the conference is fully in-person at Northwestern University's campus.

Will food be provided at the conference?

• We will serve breakfast and lunch each day of the conference. Coffee will also be provided throughout. Gluten free and nut free options will be labeled in the cafeteria.

Will IPA provide travel support?

• IPA has already reached out to those we offered travel support to. At this time, we are not offering additional funding.

Can I post presentations on social media?

• The conference is a closed-door event. You can post pictures of your own presentations but not others' unless you have their permission.

What are the COVID-19 protocols?

• Masks are not mandatory but are encouraged. We will have masks to hand out. All guests can access on campus testing here. You can review Northwestern's COVID-19 protocols here.
