For purchase-related issues: the Apple Account used for the purchase, the approximate purchase date, and any App Store purchase receipt or screenshot if available
Please do not send payment card details, passwords, bank information, Apple ID passwords, or sensitive personal information.
If you purchased premium access but cannot access premium features, please try the “Restore Purchase” option in the App first, if available.
If the issue continues, contact us and include the approximate purchase date, your device model, iOS version, and any relevant App Store receipt or screenshot if available.
All iOS purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details, bank information, billing credentials, or Apple ID password.
If premium access does not appear after purchase, please try the following:
Confirm that you are using the same Apple Account used for the original purchase
Open the App and tap “Restore Purchase,” if available
Make sure your device has an active internet connection
Restart the App
Update the App to the latest version
Restart your iPhone or iPad if the problem continues
If premium access still does not restore, contact us for support.

Audio not working
Premium access not restoring
Incorrect display of Arabic, Turkish, or English text
Layout or screen display issues
Problems with words, stories, conversations, quizzes, or flashcards
Problems with dark mode or language settings
We will try to review and resolve reported issues as soon as reasonably possible.
TurkWorld aims to provide accurate Turkish, English, and Arabic learning content.
If you notice a translation issue, spelling mistake, pronunciation problem, unclear phrase, or content error, please contact us and mention the exact word, phrase, story, conversation, quiz, flashcard, or section where the issue appears.

Refund requests for iOS purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds ourselves, but we can provide general guidance and technical support if premium access is not working correctly.
