This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for TurkWorld premium purchases made through the Apple App Store on iOS.
TurkWorld may offer premium access through Apple In-App Purchase.
Premium access may unlock additional learning content, features, words, phrases, flashcards, quizzes, conversations, stories, audio, and other premium materials.
Premium access may be offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. If any subscription plan is offered in the future, it will be managed through the Apple App Store according to Apple’s terms and policies.
TurkWorld may offer a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks premium access without recurring monthly or yearly fees.
This purchase is processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store users’ payment card details, bank information, billing credentials, Apple ID password, or other payment credentials.
Premium access may be restored on eligible devices using the same Apple Account used for the original purchase, subject to Apple App Store policies and purchase availability.
All iOS purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Refund requests for purchases made on iOS are handled by Apple. Users who want to request a refund should use Apple’s official refund process through their Apple Account.
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and may vary depending on Apple’s policies, the user’s country or region, applicable law, and the status of the purchase.
We cannot directly issue App Store refunds ourselves because payment processing and refund decisions are handled by Apple.
To request a refund for an App Store purchase, users should follow Apple’s refund process:
Go to Apple’s official “Report a Problem” page.
Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Choose “Request a refund.”
Select the purchase and submit the request.

Please do not send payment card details, bank information, Apple ID passwords, or other sensitive financial information.
If Apple approves a refund, premium access may be removed, disabled, or revoked.
For refunded one-time purchases, premium access may be disabled after the refund is processed or when the App receives updated purchase status information from Apple.
If a user purchased Premium but cannot access premium features, they should try the “Restore Purchase” option in the App, if available.
Common solutions may include:
Confirming that the same Apple Account used for the original purchase is active on the device
Using the “Restore Purchase” option
Checking internet access for purchase validation
Updating the App to the latest version
Restarting the App
If the problem continues, users may contact us for support.
If users believe they made a duplicate or accidental purchase, they should request a refund through Apple’s official refund process.
Users may also contact us for general guidance, but Apple is responsible for processing App Store refunds.
If a user purchased Premium but cannot access premium features, we encourage them to contact us before requesting a refund.
We will try to help restore the purchase or resolve the issue when possible.

Any attempt to bypass Apple In-App Purchase, purchase verification, licensing, or premium access systems is not allowed.
Refund-related support may be limited where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, unauthorized redistribution, modification of the App, repeated misuse of refund systems, or attempts to bypass payment or licensing systems.
This does not limit any rights users may have under applicable law or Apple’s policies.
