My teaching philosophy in mathematics centers around three core principles:

a) I believe in open communication, fostering a classroom environment where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and questions. This feedback loop is essential for tailoring my teaching to their needs.

b) Groupwork is a key element in my approach, as I encourage students to work together and discuss their ideas. This not only deepens their understanding but also develops crucial teamwork and communication skills.

c) Clear learning objectives underpin my teaching methods. In this way my lesson activities, homework assignments and assessments are built around clear learning goals so that the students have a clear roadmap for their learning journey.
