CORE OPERATING HOURS
To maximize recovery and maintain elite training intensity, our facility operates on a dedicated four-day training split. All adult HIIT blocks, youth athlete groups, and summer camp sessions run during these core days:
Monday: 5 am - 6 am and 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Tuesday: 5 am - 6 am and 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Wednesday: 5 am - 6 am and 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Thursday: 5 am - 6 am and 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Friday – Sunday: CLOSED (Recovery & Staff Training)
Note: Specific block times for elementary, middle school, high school, and adult HIIT classes can be viewed directly on our booking platform below.
