About the Author

I was born in England 20 years after Robert Jenkins died and lived at Trimley St. Mary, 27km (17 miles) from Boxted.

After getting my Masters degree in manufacturing, I moved to France in the year 2000 where I work as a quality engineer for an American company that specialises in automotive fuel injection. I became French in 2015 and have dual nationality. I speak fluent English and French. My wife, Manuela is French and was born in Blois. We live in the Cisse valley, close to where Robert crashed.

Je suis né en Angleterre 20 ans après la mort de Robert Jenkins et j'ai vécu à Trimley St. Mary, à 27 km de Boxted.

Après avoir obtenu mon Master en production, j'ai déménagé en France en 2000 où je travaille comme ingénieur qualité pour une entreprise américaine spécialisée dans l'injection de carburant pour l'industrie automobile. J'ai pris la nationalité française en 2015, j'ai donc la double nationalité. Je parle couramment l'anglais et le français. Ma femme, Manuela est française née à Blois. Nous vivons dans la vallée de la Cisse, à proximité de l'endroit où Robert est tombé.
