• “Numerology” refers to the study of the mystical significance of numbers and their influence on human life. This practice often involves interpreting numbers derived from a person's name or birth date to gain insights into their personality, life path, and potential future events.

• “Practitioner” refers to the individual skilled in metaphysical practices that may include, but is not limited to cartomancy, astrology, or numerology.

• “Seeker(s)” or “Customer(s)” refers to the individual(s) who is seeking a consultation (““user”, “you”, or “your”).

• “Service(s)” refers to the use of any service or product provided by Intuitive Orange.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Confidential readings. As an Ethical Practitioner, I hold confidentiality in the highest regard. Everything revealed during my Services and everything the Seeker shares about their situation stays strictly between us. I will never publish, sell, or disclose any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) you provide without your explicit consent.

• Online Privacy Considerations. While I strive to maintain confidentiality, please be aware that complete privacy cannot be guaranteed over the internet. Do not share sensitive personal information during our readings.

No Guarantees

My Services, including cartomancy readings, are subject to the Practitioner’s interpretation and your personal understanding of what is said and should not be taken as absolute or definitive. I cannot guarantee the accuracy of our readings and Services, nor I promise specific outcomes, results or precise answers to questions.

Not Psychic Predictions

My Services and readings use cards as a reflection tool, similar to counseling or coaching methods. I don’t predict future events, read minds, contact spirits, or provide psychic information. All interpretations are based on traditional cartomancy symbolism and your personal context shared during our session.

Payments

• All Paid readings will be conducted after tip contributions via my Ko-fi page as specified during the booking process, unless otherwise stated. 

• All readings (paid/free) are offered as practice sessions in exchange for your constructive feedback. I am excited to provide you with a reading and appreciate your feedback, which helps me learn and grow.

Delivery times and session scheduling

Delivery and session times are estimates, not guarantees. I aim to deliver as promptly as possible, but occasional delays may happen due to illness, unexpected personal circumstances, or other factors outside my control. To ensure you receive thoughtful, high‑quality guidance, I don’t rush readings or sessions. If a delay affects your booking, I will notify you and offer a revised timeframe as soon as I can.

Delivery Delays

While I strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur. Intuitive Orange cannot be held responsible for these, and refunds or compensation cannot be offered. Your understanding helps me maintain the thoughtful quality you expect.

Age Restriction

My Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using my Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result of your Reading or any of my Services. I am not liable for any consequences resulting from your interpretation or use of our Services. You agree not to hold Intuitive Orange, legally liable for any loss or cost incurred by you, or any person related or associated with you, as a result of Services offered by Intuitive Orange.

Professional Conduct

I aim to maintain high standards of professionalism and respect in all interactions. While I make every reasonable effort to be punctual and communicative, availability may vary and sessions may occasionally be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Respectful Communication Policy

A reading session is a two way process. I will ask questions during a reading and expect your involvement during your reading.

Respectful communication is fundamental across all interactions, on this site or any platform where my services are offered. Disrespectful language, insults, testing the method, demands for personal proof, or offensive comments will not be tolerated. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where everyone feels valued. This is not a testing ground or performance venue, it's a space for genuine co-creation between Practitioner and Seeker.

Please be kind. If the service doesn't meet your expectations, I welcome thoughtful, good-faith feedback to help me improve. While all feedback is considered, responses and adjustments remain at my discretion.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your reading details will always remain confidential and will not be shared without your explicit permission. However, I may retain your feedback for my professional portfolio, and with your consent, may post such feedback anonymously or with attribution on my website or social media platforms.

• Discord Exception: Discord readings follow server rules. By participating, you consent to feedback being shared publicly (anonymously unless specified). This differs from my other Services confidentiality.

While I strive to maintain confidentiality, please be aware that complete privacy cannot be guaranteed over the internet. Do not share sensitive personal information during my Services.

All Services are treated as confidential. However, there are two exceptions to this rule:

• If there is reasonable cause to believe that you may be at imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, the contents of your reading may be disclosed to appropriate professional third parties on a need-to-know basis, solely for the purpose of preventing potential harm.

• A valid court order issued by a judge could override the confidentiality terms stated herein.

I will select the cartomancy method (Tarot, Lenormand, Oracle or other) that best suits your question for a more personalized reading or Service experience.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, particularly if I believe my services may be misused or misinterpreted.

Cancellation Policy

Applies to all readings except Discord readings, which follow the server's rules.

• All reading bookings are voluntary "pay what you want" contributions and are considered final once submitted. No refunds are available on tips received, as these fund practice sessions in exchange for feedback. Please carefully review your booking before confirming.

• How to cancel/reschedule: Communicate promptly using your booking type's method:

  • Calendly 1-1 readings: Once you request a reading, Calendly will send you a confirmation email along with the option to add a reminder to your calendar. In that email, you will find a link to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Please use the integrated Calendly links to cancel or reschedule your session at least 72 hours in advance. 

    • Any changes requested less than 72 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for rescheduling. Please respect my time as I respect yours.

  • Written readings: Complete the cancellation form provided after Google Form submission.

• If I am unable to fulfill the service, I will personally reach out to reschedule at a time that works for you within 30 days. Your understanding helps me maintain the quality and consistency you value.

Changes to Terms

I may update this disclaimer at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review this disclaimer periodically for changes.
