Intubator does not collect, store, or share users’ personal data.
We do not request or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, unique identifiers, or clinical information that could identify a patient or healthcare professional.
Information entered into the application, such as the patient’s weight, is processed locally on the device solely for the purpose of calculating medication doses.
No data entered into the application is transmitted, stored, or sent to external servers.
The application may require internet access for subscription validation or updates. However:
It does not access the camera, microphone, files, contacts, location, or other sensitive device features.
It does not use cookies, tracking SDKs, or hidden data collection mechanisms.
The application does not share user data with third parties, does not use advertising networks, and does not include tracking mechanisms.
This application is intended exclusively for healthcare professionals who are 18 years of age or older.
It is not intended for use by children or by individuals without appropriate healthcare training.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018) and other applicable Brazilian laws.
Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in the courts of the developer’s jurisdiction.
