Terms and Conditions for Introvert Quest

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Introvert Quest mobile application (the “App”) operated by Introvert Quest (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using Introvert Quest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Introvert Quest is a mindfulness and habit-building app designed for introverts. It offers gentle daily quests, quiet activities, progress tracking, and optional premium features to help users recharge in a calm and low-pressure way.
All content and quests in the App are provided for entertainment, self-care, and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
You may create an account to save your progress and preferences.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Some features are available only with a paid subscription (monthly or yearly).
All payments are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
Prices may change with notice. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies (we generally do not offer refunds except where required by law).
All content, design, quests, text, graphics, and code in Introvert Quest are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Harass other users or post harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the quests will improve your mental health, energy levels, or well-being.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Introvert Quest and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fort Myers, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
