How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Introvert Quest → Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Introvert Quest → go to Settings → tap Restore Purchases. This will unlock all your premium features instantly.
Will my progress be saved?
Yes! All your completed quests, preferences, and journal entries are saved automatically as long as you’re logged in. Premium users get unlimited history and cloud sync.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Or email us at support@introvertquest.com and we’ll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
The app feels overwhelming / I need gentler quests
Try turning on Low Energy Mode in Settings. It shows only 1–3 very gentle quests per day and removes all pressure.
Notifications are too frequent
You can customize or turn off reminders completely in Settings → Notifications. We recommend gentle daily nudges, but it’s always your choice.
I lost my progress after reinstalling the app
Make sure you’re signed in with the same account. Then tap Restore Purchases and your progress should reappear (Premium users only).
The app is crashing or not loading quests
Make sure you have the latest version of Introvert Quest
Restart your iPhone
Check your internet connection
Try offloading the app (Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Introvert Quest → Offload App) then reinstall
Can I use Introvert Quest offline?
Yes. Once quests are loaded, you can complete them offline. Internet is only needed for cloud sync and new daily quests.
