A number of National Youth Court Programs do not meet the requirements to be recognized, and each National Youth Court Program may have requirements to gain recognition from their National Youth Court Program International Association of Youth Courts look forward to progressing with people.
Youth Courts are required to be Free Will Courts, Meaning Youth have the choice to participate and are free to abstain from participation
Youth Courts are required to be Peer Based Like most all modern court system, judiciaries To protect youth, and adults from mobile justice gangs
Youth Courts are required to be Protective of Youth, and any & all participants from internal and external attacks. Show clemency to offender and defendant in their Court System.
Youth Court are required to service free food to any and all present participants of their court system.
Youth Courts are required to have housing for records, for protective measures of participants of their Youth Court system
Youth Courts are required to be Recorded live streamed and stored for later review in Video / Audio / Text (Captioned) & Stenographers.

Supplementary and Supporting Programs and Projects
Youth Court are Required to give a basic income to any and all participants of their Youth Court System, with additional income for additionally appropriated tasks and Jobs.
Youth Courts can offer internships with local court systems that support youth learning how their communities legal system works
Youth Courts can offer secure housing to present participants of their Youth Court Systems.
Youth Courts can serve a Novelty Witness or offer a Youth Expert to adult court systems. A major reasoning for separating from adult systems is the difference between older community members and the new and novel technologies and issues that are brought up from the novelties use. Novelty Witness expert knowledge on Youth or a novelty introduced to society such as; (games, tech, sports, business,...). That youth are living with.
Youth Courts can serve as Talent Management resources as a frequent problems pertaining to youth are rooted in youths inability to gain income and youth not have a productive use of time occupation in (Sports, Acting, Jobs, Clubs, etc...). Where "Talent Managers" are equipped and experienced to support youth in finding a occupations in activities such as: School Sports, Apprenticeships,... and other means to occupy their time.
Youth Courts can serve a number youth supporting programs, encasing itself as a youth place to build free community, forgiving community, and fortified community for youth and the encompassing culture and community potentially including and feeding in to adults systems.
Reconized Youth Court programs have basic decencies that are required to be recognized, as it tries to improve upon Youth Court Systems such as;
Free Courts, Support freedom & free will and do not force people to communicate or participate in any role or position of youth court maintaining a shared free culture.
Peer Based Youth Courts are required to be Peer Based Like most all modern court system, judiciaries To protect youth, and adults from mobile justice gangs
Forgiveness, Clemency, and Peace, It is clear all courts are meant to protect life and reduce conflict through learning non-violent communication, any & all sacrifice is unacceptable and unnecessary.
Free Food, Requires support from local or global farms or markets, b ut is a basic requirement to hold any & all recognized courts.
Online Access & Live Streams, Any & All youth courts are required to be live streamed publicly and be recorded online and made available to the public to showcase the diverse, forgiving, caring, and supportive youth communities able to cultivate in their communities.
Shelter, Clearly, for housing and maintaining records, and National Youth Court Programs require shelter, and often youth in Local Youth Court programs require shelter.
Basic Income, Youth that participate in recognized youth courts are required to be paid basic income to any & all youth participating with added income for people accepting increased participation in their youth court programs.
