1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Interview Practice mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). 

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is an AI-powered interview practice tool that:

• Generates personalized interview questions based on your CV/resume and position descriptions

• Provides practice sessions with voice recording and transcription

• Offers AI-generated feedback on your answers

• Includes text-to-speech for question audio

• Tracks practice time with daily free limits

• Offers premium subscriptions for unlimited practice time

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Information

• You may provide a user name (optional) for personalization

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Not attempt to circumvent or bypass any limitations or restrictions in the App

• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Not use the App to violate any laws or regulations

• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

• Not use automated systems to access the App without permission

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Free Tier

• Free users receive a limited amount of daily practice time (as specified in the App)

• Free time limits reset daily at midnight (server time)

• Free time is tracked to prevent abuse, including across app reinstalls

5.2 Premium Subscriptions

• Premium subscriptions provide unlimited daily practice time

• Subscription options include Monthly and 3-Month plans

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple/Google

5.3 Subscription Management

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple/Google account settings

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with notice

5.4 Refunds

• Refund requests must be made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store

• Refund policies are governed by Apple/Google's terms

• We do not process refunds directly

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

• The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Valon Januzi

• All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App

6.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (CVs, answers, interview data)

• By using the App, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the service

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload

6.3 AI-Generated Content

• Questions, feedback, and other AI-generated content are provided "as is"

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate

• We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content

7. Service Availability and Modifications

7.1 Availability

• We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access

• The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues

• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

7.2 Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time

• We may update features, remove features, or change functionality

• We are not required to provide notice of changes, except where required by law

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services:

• OpenAI: For AI processing (question generation, feedback, transcription)

• Firebase/Google: For usage tracking and server time synchronization

• Apple/Google: For subscription management and payment processing

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranty

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind

• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted

• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided

9.2 Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

• Interruptions or errors in service

• AI-generated content accuracy or quality

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the past 12 months

9.3 Interview Practice Disclaimer

• The App is for practice purposes only

• AI-generated questions and feedback are not official interview questions

• We do not guarantee that practice will improve interview performance

• Actual interview questions and formats may differ

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to bypass free time limits through technical means

• Manipulate device time to circumvent daily limits

• Use the App to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content

• Share your account or subscription with others

• Resell or redistribute access to the App

• Use the App to compete with or harm our business

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

• You may stop using the App at any time

• You may cancel your subscription through Apple/Google account settings

• Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel subscriptions

12.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

• Attempt to abuse or exploit the App

• Fail to pay subscription fees (if applicable)

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. 

If you do not agree, stop using the App.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction - you should specify your country/state].

14.2 Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation

• If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction

• You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
