GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Enrolled student 'OR' recent graduate within 24 months after graduation from a Post-Secondary Institution (offline/online study) : Vocational, Diploma, Certificate, University Studies, or Graduate Studies (D2/D3/D4/S1/S2 graduate within 24 months/2 years after graduation).
- Work-based training Programs are designed for students in vocational, professional, and undergraduate studies, and young professionals seeking academic credits or real work experience to enter the global workforce. All Participants are expected to fulfill RMC Asia’s general requirements to qualify for further screening and assessment.
● Physically fit to work overseas ● Healthy
● Well-groomed ● Pleasant personality
● No drug abuse ● Clean criminal record
- Accepted major of study (not limited to) : Hospitality & Hotel Management, Business Management, Tourism, Marketing, International Business, Restaurant Management, Languages/Linguistic, Education, Human Resources, International Communication, Public Relation and Mass Communication, Sports, Health Science, Food and Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Recreation, and Leisure Studies, Psychology, Business Administration and Management, Event Planning and Management, Accounting, Finance, Revenue, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality Management and Information System, Business Information System, and more...
REQUIREMENTS :
- 18 - 35 years old (at least 18 years of age).
- College/University endorsement required like Recommendation Letter.
- Good Conversational English skills.
- Well-groomed
- Pleasant personality
- Enrolled Students or Recent Graduate within 2 years after graduation (D2/D3/D4/S1).
- Experience is not required.
- No Criminal Record.
- No Drugs Abuse.
- Passport, valid at least 6 months past your program end date/minimum 6 months passport validity.

PROGRAM OPTIONS :
HOSPITALITY & BUSINESS INTERNSHIP : A work-based training Program designed for students in vocational, professional, undergraduate studies, or recent graduates seeking academic credits or real work experience to enter the global workforce.
Duration : 3 months, up to 12 months.
Eligibility Requirements :
● 18 - 35 years old
● Enrolled students
● School, college, or university reference letter
● Conversational English
MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM : A management-level training program is designed for students or graduates with prior work experience, focusing on the development of supervisory traits and career enhancement to prepare participants for future managerial roles.
Duration : 6 months, 12 months, up to 18 months.
Eligibility Requirements :
● 22 - 39 years old
● Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters)
● Minimum 12 months of related experience or relevant educational background
● Fluent English speaker
RMC / Luxury Hotel Internship
NOTE : FOR VISA REQUIREMENTS, EACH CANDIDATE MUST HAS ADDITIONAL FINANCIAL ACCOUNT SUPPORT LIKE FINANCIAL ACCOUNT STATEMENT/BANK FINANCIAL PROOF AT LEAST LAST 3 MONTHS WITH MINIMUM €6,000 - €12,000
