GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

- Enrolled student 'OR' recent graduate within 24 months after graduation from a Post-Secondary Institution (offline/online study) : Vocational, Diploma, Certificate, University Studies, or Graduate Studies (D1/D2/D3/D4/S1/S2 graduate within 24 months/2 years after graduation).

Note : Apply for an internship in Hong Kong with a minimum of a D2 and should be an active/enrolled student throughout the internship.

- Work-based training Programs are designed for students in vocational, professional, and undergraduate studies, recent graduates, and young professionals seeking academic credits or real work experience to enter the global workforce. All Participants are expected to fulfill RMC Asia’s general requirements to qualify for further screening and assessment.

- Accepted major of study (not limited to) : Hospitality & Hotel Management, Business Management, Tourism, Marketing, International Business, Restaurant Management, Languages/Linguistic, Education, Human Resources, International Communication, Public Relation and Mass Communication, Sports, Health Science, Food and Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Recreation, and Leisure Studies, Psychology, Business Administration and Management, Event Planning and Management, Accounting, Finance, Revenue, Entrepreneurship, Hospitality Management and Information System, Business Information System, and more...

REQUIREMENTS :

- 18 - 35 years old (at least 18 years of age).

- College/University endorsement required like Recommendation Letter.

- Good Conversational English skills.

- Well-groomed

- Pleasant personality

- Enrolled Students (Vocational School, Professional School, College or University Studies).

- Recently Graduated Students within 24 months/2 years.

- Experience is not required.

- No Criminal Record.

- No Drugs Abuse.

- Passport, valid at least 6 months past your program end date/minimum 6 months passport validity.

DURATION : 6 month and up to 12 month. (Notes: Hong Kong is only available for 6 month of internship duration)

PROGRAM OPTIONS :

1. HOSPITALITY & BUSINESS INTERNSHIP : A work-based training Program designed for students in vocational, professional, undergraduate studies, or recent graduates seeking academic credits or real work experience to enter the global workforce.

Duration : 3 months, up to 12 months.

Eligibility Requirements :

●     18 - 35 years old 

●     Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months

●     School, college, or university reference letter

●     Conversational English

2. MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM : A management-level training program is designed for students or graduates with prior work experience, focusing on the development of supervisory traits and career enhancement to prepare participants for future managerial roles.

Duration : 6 months, 12 months, up to 18 months.

Eligibility Requirements :

●     22 - 39 years old 

●     Enrolled students (Senior in Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduates, or Masters) 

●     Recent graduates within 36 months

●     Minimum 12 months of related experience or relevant educational background 

●     Fluent English speaker

3. CONTRACTUAL POSITION : A Contractual Position is a temporary arrangement set for a specific duration, with defined terms and conditions that outline the employment period, responsibilities, and obligations.

Duration : 1, 2, up to 3 years.

Eligibility Requirements :

●     Minimum 12 months of related experience 

●     English proficiency 

●     Good customer service and communication skills 

●     Relevant educational background 

●     Technical expertise
