CONSTITUION AND BY-LAWS

Preamble

We, the members of College of Economics, Management, and Development Studies ISSA-CvSU of the Cavite State University, recognizing the need for unified, active and vigilant students.

NAME AND DOMICILE OF ORGANIZATION

Section 1. The name of this organization shall be International Studies Students Association-Cavite State University (ISSA-CvSU).

Section 2. The domicile of the organization shall be in Indang, Cavite.

PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVE

Section 1. The purposes of this organization shall be:

a. To develop an organization that shall unify the students under the field of International Studies through responsible leadership;

b. To coordinate with other students organizations and associations within and outside the campus in conducting projects and activities that is beneficial to students;

c. To initiate activities and projects that will help promote the welfare and development of students;

d. To be responsible for the common good and respect for the human dignity of its member;

e. To protect interests, rights, benefits and privileges to its member; and

f. To produce morally upright and globally competitive marketers.
