**Poster Guidelines**
Please prepare a poster with the following specifications:
· Maximum size: 36 inches (height) × 48 inches (width)
· Orientation: Landscape recommended
· Posters should be printed before arrival; printing will not be available onsite.
· Poster boards and pushpins will be provided.
**Poster Setup**
Session 1 presenters should plan to hang posters by 9:00 AM and will need to be removed by 11:30 to ensure Poster 2 Presenters have time to hang up their posters.
Session 2 presenters must have their posters hung up by 11:50, and should leave them up until 2:45 (following the completion of the oral sessions).
Poster numbers can be found on the Full Program as well as on this short list.
**During the Poster Session**
Authors should plan to be present at their poster during their assigned session to discuss their work with attendees and judges. Posters will be evaluated as part of our student presentation awards.
**Poster Judging**
Student posters will be eligible to win prizes and will be evaluated using this rubric.
**Presentation Logistics**
Presenters should plan to:
Arrive at their assigned session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins
Bring their presentation on a USB drive to load onto the computer prior to the session
Use PowerPoint or PDF (recommended) format
The meeting rooms will be equipped with standard projection and AV equipment.
**Oral Presentation Judging**
Student presentations will be eligible to win prizes and will be evaluated using this rubric.
