Balance is key
The project is a mixed-use development consisting of intermediate and collective habitats. The development encompasses a total surface area of 6800 m2, with 4200 m2 dedicated to intermediate habitats and 2600 m2 to collective habitats.
The intermediate habitats come in three types: F3, F4, and F5, with sizes of 80m2, 100m2, and 125m2, respectively. Each habitat is also allocated a private space that makes up a quarter of its total surface area.
The collective habitats consist of 40 divided apartments, with 20 of them being F3 type, 12 F4 type, and 8 F5 type. The apartments are distributed across the five floors of the building, with the ground floor dedicated to commercial activities.
The arrangement of apartments by floor is as follows: 8 F4 apartments on the first floor, 10 F3 apartments on the second and third floors, 8 F5 apartments on the fourth floor, and 4 F4 apartments on the fifth floor.
Overall, the project aims to offer a range of housing options to cater to different needs and lifestyles. With a well-designed layout and allocation of private spaces, the development promises to provide residents with comfortable and functional living spaces. Additionally, the commercial activities on the ground floor add an element of convenience and vitality to the community.
