Anita Suryanarayanan was formally initiated into Vaishnava tradition to observe various austerities and serve the Supreme Personality of Godhead rest of her Life. 

She was named as Anutharra Radhika Devi Dasi  for the purpose of remembering the Lord and henceforth addressed as Anutharra, so that the person uttering the  name and herself will be reminded the Life's purpose and the Service to God.
