How was your experience in the Interfaith Empathy Cafe?

What were the best ideas that came up?

1. How empathy and love are the basis of all religions, and the demonstration that this can be brought to life using empathy, no matter what someone's religions background.

2. FIINDING AND DEVELOPING A SPIRITAL CONNECTION IS DIIFFERENT FOR EACH PERSON

3. Too many, really learnt a lot

4. The procedure itself.

What action steps are you inspired to take?

1. 1. As always in empathy circles, NVC trainings, etc., it encourages me to continue in trying to bring the value found in spiritual experiences into words in order to share it with those who are struggling with conflict, or other suffering caused by less-than enjoyable experiences with others.

   2. CONTINUE SHARING AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, LISTENING!

   3. Reflections and planning attendance to subsequent cafes.

   4. I am going to undergo facilitator training and hope to start an empathy circle in The Prosperos.

Will you attend again? Why or why not?

1. Maybe, but I'll probably have to choose one of multiple weekend empathy-cafe options, and Saturday works better for me than Sunday.
